Club Etiquette

Each member is responsible for confirming their own roles on the club scheduler. Click here to do so.

Members should mark themselves as absent in club scheduler as far in advance as possible and should work to find their own replacement if they are scheduled for a role but unable to attend.

The Toastmaster is responsible for contacting the speakers, General Evaluator, and Topicmaster and obtaining information needed to create the meeting agenda.

The General Evaluator is responsible for contacting the evaluation team (everyone listed below the GE role) and assisting in filling vacancies.
