  Path: Persuasive Influence Level #: 2 Project Name: Understanding Your Leadership Style Summary: Emi shared how her top leadership styles - democratic, coaching, authoritative, and pacesetting - and how these styles have helped her guide her family in caring for her elderly father in a way that preserves her sanity.
