  Path: Motivational Strategies Level #: 3 Project Name: Inspire your Audience Summary: Michael gave a motivational speech about not avoiding hard things in life, but focusing on how we respond to them. He discussed drive, desire and energy to learn something new and embrace the changing seasons of life while he does it. It's also about the losses ( being humbled) as well as the wins.   Path: Finding New Members Level #: 4 Project Name: Successful Club Series Summary: Matthew talked about retention in his speech today. Keeping the guests we have is better than trying to continue to bring new guests. He talked about being here and bing present.
