• Speaker #1:   Elise - "The Positive Power of a Mid-Life Crisis" Effective Coaching Path, Level 1: Ice Breaker

  Brief Summary / Main Idea: Elise shared three times in her life where she experienced a "mid-life crisis" and how she ultimately benefited from the experience, culminating in her going into a career she loved and eventually leading her to Maverick

  Brief Summary / Main Idea: From the kid who couldn't speak in front of his third grade class to the confident, exceptional speaker he proved himself to be, Don realized that nothing was wrong with him; he just needed a new mindset and some positive Toastmasters experience.
