  Path: Effective Coaching Level Level #: n/a Project Name: Write. a Speech With Purpose Summary: Nutrients and how they effect our brain. Butterflies in the stomach, loss of appetite when your excited or nervous. Your gut and brain create the the "gut feeling". Elise gave us facts about the gut from the length to the bacteria and our impact on immune system. She also addressed ways to improve and strengthen your gut health. Evaluator: Lana I.

  Speech Title: The Clearer Pathway

  Path: Innovative Planning Level Level #: 4 Project Name: Question-and-Answer Session Summary: Emi discussed the easiest way to log into pathways and how to use the platform efficiently. She walked us through step by step about where to find the information we need to send to the toastmaster before each meeting. She also covered instructions for fulfilling project obligations in each of our speeches. Afterwards she conducted a Q and session. Evaluator:  Rayven G.

• Speech-a-thon on March 24

• The division contest is last Saturday in March at 1:00 pm Embassy Suites- Matthew will be competing for sure.

• Dues: Treasurer discussed paying both club and international dues ($27) by March 31. Please handle asap to make the process easier. International dues are paid on toastmasters.org which is $60 online.
